The square shape of the Petzl Huit reduces the twisting of the rope and reduces the risk of the formation of a larks head knot when abseilling. The anti-burn grip allows you to pick up the Huit when it is hot following a long abseil. Tip: on ropes of small diameter, you can use the small oval hole in the same way as a belay plate. Useing this small holer with a rope of normal diameter also allows the speed at which the rope runs to be reduced. The Petzl Huit is made from forged aluminium.Weight:110 grams-CE and UIAA certified.
