The REM (Rest Easy Mama) Regular is a rectangular sleep pad that is 20" wide by 72" long. It is available in 3 thickness', 1", 1.5", and 2". The thicker you get the more cushion and comfort (of course weight and bulk increases). When choosing the right pad consider where you will be using it and what is most important. If you tend to carry your pack for long distances you may choose a 1" to keep your pack lighter. The 1.5" pad is our most versatile. If you mainly "car camp", the 2" will be the most comfortable. The 2" is great for winter camping, and the "ultra-comfort" seeker.
