If the trail takes you onto a glacier or you encounter a snowfield through a high mountain pass you can slap on your newmatic crampons in seconds and travel with confidence. The Glacier will even feel at home in easy mountaineering situations and can climb alpine ice comfortably. The Ice-Trek sole was designed in collaboration with Vibram¨ just for the Glacier. The perfect boot for backpackers that want crampon compatibility but probably just need a solid heavy duty backpacking boot.
