Description of Sterling 7mm Cordelette :

Cordelettes have long been used by climbing guides and are now becoming standard on most climbers' gear racks. This item makes belay systems fast and simple to set up, easy to double-check, and is ideal for equalizing anchor systems. We offer cordelettes in pre-cut lengths of 18' (5.4 m), 21' (6.4 m), and 25' (7.6 m).
