For most of our Canadian customers we recommend Federal Express International Economy Service. Delivery commitments will vary by destination but packages usually arrive in 2-6 week days. FedEx takes care to expedite U.S. Customs inspections by initiating clearance proceedings before your package even arrives at the border.
Shipping Rates will vary depending upon the weight of the package and its final destination.
Remember, if you buy goods made in the United States, Canada, or Mexico you pay NO DUTIES OR TAXES on those items (NAFTA) if they are shipped to Canada or Mexico.

You Have Several Payment Options to Choose From
We would prefer that all international correspondence be done through e-mail or fax. This is to ensure accuracy of shipping addresses as well as an exact e-mail address or fax number so we can notify you of the status of your order. For maximum security we recommend you fax your order to us or use our secure online order form. If using the online order form we will e-mail you the exact freight charges once we receive your order request.
Our preferred method of payment from International customers is through a wire transfer of funds from your bank to our bank. Please e-mail us before you wire the funds so that we may hold your ordered items for you. To offset your cost for the wire transfer, orders over $100 will get a $10.00 discount.
If paying by credit card, please include your name, e-mail address, billing address (must be the same as the shipping address), telephone number and the product numbers and descriptions. We also require the 800 telephone number that is on the back of the credit card and the name of the issuing bank. E-mail or fax this information to us at mtn@northernmountain.com (e-mail) or 1-707-445-0781 (fax). We will verify your billing address and name with the bank and then ship your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards. If you wish to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address you must pay either with a cashier’s check or have your bank wire transfer the money to us (see above).
If paying by cashier’s check please be sure to draw the check from your bank in US dollars. Fax, e-mail or postal mail us your name, shipping address, telephone number and the product numbers of the merchandise you wish to order with a brief description of the products themselves.
Your order will be shipped when the cashier's check payment clears our bank (approximately two to three weeks).

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items you order. This cost does not include any local taxes or duties that your country may impose on your purchase. Any taxes or duties will be payable at the time your package is delivered.
